    The size and design of your patch determine the patch’s embroidery percentage.

    • 50% embroidered patch is good for simple, text-only designs wherein at least half of the twill backing is visible.
    • 75% embroidered patch allows larger, more intricate artwork, and covers more of the twill.
    • 100% embroidered patch is ideal for intricate designs and logos wherein the twill is entirely invisible. This also offers the most detail possible on a patch.

    Select Border Style

    The Merrowed border can only apply to regular shapes (circles, ovals, and squares), and is sewed up and over the exterior edges of your patch. Die Cut border is cut to the shape of any complex, custom design. Hot Cut border allows sharp, detailed edges that are perfect for intricate designs.

    Determining the size of your custom patch is simple. Input your desired sizing below and we will automatically calculate it for you.
    Please note: We will round up the measurement to the nearest half-inch!
